Spoilers if you haven’t had a chance to watch the season 4 finale~
Pretty good episode in my opinion, a few things were sorta eh but overall I thought it was a decent ending. Sucks about Isolde though, those two were cool enough to have deserved more than two episodes. Also I loved their theme, it was really pretty. And it was a bit weird how they pretty much used Isolde’s death as a way for Arthur to forgive Gwen =/ But Gwen and Arthur are back together which makes me a very happy person ^-^
Next, about the magic reveal… To tell the truth, it happened exactly the way I expected (Agravaine finding out and then dying). Although I wish Gwen or Gwaine had found out at least. I wonder if Gwen will figure it out eventually seeing as Merlin basically took out Morgana right in front of her >.> But I figured that since there’ll be at least one more season Arthur was definitely not going to find out.
I was surprised how Agravaine died though. I’ve noticed this season that Merlin can get pretty serious/slightly scary at times. (Rowling was right, he could definitely be a Slytherin…) Thought Morgana might actually die too for a minute there, but then Aithusa came and did… something… for some reason…
Wonder where we’ll be going in the next season?
